CREED MADISON AVENUE
The House of Creed was founded in England in 1760, providing custom tailored clothing, scented leather gloves, and commissioned fragrances. The year before their 250th anniversary, Creed opened its first North American boutique selling luxury fragrances in New York City. After ten years in their Madison Avenue location, Creed selected VIRALINE to renovate the boutique to match the aesthetic of their new locations across the United States. Working with Creed’s Spanish design and millwork firm, VIRALINE developed and adapted the design concept to fit within the constraints of the 240 square foot space in New York City’s Upper East Side Historic District. We collaborated closely with Creed and the design team to maximize display and storage while maintaining proper clearances for wheelchair access. VIRALINE detailed the custom coffered ceiling with integrated lighting to fit the available space above the ceiling. Ductwork distribution, diffusers, and other required ceiling-mounted devices were organized to work with the overall design. Based on the success of this project, Creed has secured VIRALINE for the creation of their latest boutique in Houston’s Galleria Mall.
